As International Construction Project Manager Warehouse, you will lead the international construction projects related with Frozen Warehouses (HBWH & LBWH) being involved from the get go.

- Define the project scope and deliverables
- Confirm the input datas together with the Business (Local & Central)
- Make conceptual preliminary designs, budget and timing elaboration & project team definition
- Look for and build partnerships with local designers and potentials contractors
After the pre-study approved, you will :
- Lead the project from the design phase to the execution and GoLive of our new Warehouses.
- Coordonate the project team composed of local designers and construction partners (Building, Technics & Logistic Solution), together with your colleagues of Engineering department.
- Be accountable for the completion of the project in terms of scope, budget and timing
- Take all possible necessary actions in case of deviations in order to achieve the targets of the project
- Lead site & safety managers during the execution of the project
You will be the owner of our Building Standards for construction of our new Frozen Warehouse and you will make sure of its right application through our projects.
Based on your good understanding of alternatives solutions on building market, you will optimize our Standards.
You will report to the Engineering Director.
- You hold a Master’s degree in engineering
- You have a min of 10 years of experience in Construction project management in an industrial/production environment and internationally
- You have led projects for frozen warehouses
- Knowledge of/experience in food industry is a plus
- You are practical with a pragmatic approach
- You have important communication skills and you like to work in team
- You are in the Czech Rep (Czech labour contract)
- Empathy is an important value for you
- You have an important execution power
- You are resistant to stress, perseverant and result oriented
- Knowledge of English is a must
- You are willing to travel frequently (25 – 50%)
